International School of Neuchâtel, Montessori Method | Modern School | Swiss Montessori Centre (SMC)

International School of Neuchâtel, Montessori Method

This school enables children aged 3 to 12 years to be taught in French and English via the ‘immersion’ method, i.e. with one teacher in French and another in English.

The school is aimed both at children wishing to follow the Swiss curriculum and those who, later on, will want to follow a syllabus in English. Practical teaching is inspired by the Montessori method.

The International School of Neuchatel has approximately 140 children from 25 nationalities. Its "children house" welcomes children aged 3 to 6, and its primary school those aged 7 to 12.
